The school prides itself in the links it has forged throughout the communities in which the children live. Bonds are encouraged with the non-maintained nursery and with older members of the community. Both share in important aspects of school life. We encourage visits from community members such as the postman, policeman, librarians, clergy and residents of Llanmartin.
The school has always been a focal point of the community, which allows pupils to show concern and respect for the community in which they live. Theme work will often focus on the community surrounding the school.
